The story jumps forward to the 15th century AD as France and England battle during the 100 Years' War. You play as Jeanne as a 17 year old girl. When Jeanne is attacked by a demon at a festival, voices encourage her to defeat the monster and take up the legacy and eblem of the five heroes. Together with friends Lian and Roger, she takes up the cause to lead France towards victory against attacking demons and the English army. Gameplay is presented in 3D turn-based RPG play, utilizing the unique character powers and game rules to determine your offensive and defensive strategies.

A great tree that brought life to Terejia protects the world and its people for some time, but slowly loses power. Using the last bit of its power, it creates the main character -- you!
Players can create their own character, deciding such things as name, gender, face, clothing and even voice. You also choose a Job type, and based on the job that you select, the quests that become available to you as you play the game change. As is to be expected of a Tales of the World game, Radiant Mythology features characters from other Tales games, as well as two new characters: Morumo, a mascot character from a different world who hopes to stop the invading demons, and Kanosono, an amnesia-ridden girl who works in a resistance group in the city of Ailily. Radiant Mythology makes use of the Flex Range Linear Motion Battle System (FR-LMBS) that was featured in Tales of the Abyss. You're able to move your character about freely on the battle field. Battles include support for up to four ally characters.

You play as an angel called Excel, who holds the ultimate sword, the "Excellion," and move between conversation sequences, overhead field sequences and battles. The battle system lets you carry in up to four items and weapons as you make use of standard and overdrive attacks to defeat enemies. The game features multiple story paths and rhythm-based mini-sequences. This PSP version of Sting's RPG adds fifty illustrations for cut scenes as well as full voice acting for characters.

Defeating this menacing monster would free the townspeople from the fear he casts upon them, while winning acclaim as a true dungeon maker for the "Architect." The townspeople are initially skeptical about the Architect's ability to achieve his ultimate goal of building such a dungeon. Over the years, they've watched other such dungeon makers arrive with great plans but ultimately fail -- falling prey to the very monsters they've lured into their dungeons or haphazardly abandoning their creations. However, as the Architect's dungeon grows and improves, luring rarer and more powerful enemies, and he begins bringing back more valuable treasures, the townspeople begin offering support to his mission. Soon the whole town is involved in the dungeon making process; they give advice about the intricacies of dungeon making, sell crucial items, provide weapons and magic spells, treat the Architect when injured, and request various favors to be completed in the expanding dungeon in exchange for generous rewards. Star Wars Battlefront II for PSP is similar to its recently announced console counterpart with space combat, playable Jedi, and Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith content, yet it still boasts several distinct features meant to embrace the "on-the-go" nature of a handheld system. The game includes several unique mini-campaigns as opposed to the much longer campaign seen on consoles. Players can join the Rebellion as a smuggler, work for themselves as a mercenary for hire, or use their Imperial sniping skills to rid the galaxy of pesky species like Jawas, Ewoks and Gungans. Wi-Fi compatibility permits up to four players to join in at once, either cooperatively or competitively, and they can also partake in classic Instant Action mode to fight their favorite Star Wars battles any way they want to.

Time to storm the online battlefield, courtesy of Medal of Honor Heroes on PSP. It's the first game in the series to hit Sony's portable and it looks to trump every other first-person shooter on the system. And here's why: it has everything fans have come to expect from the series. This includes solid gameplay but also superfluous niceties such as kick ass visuals and sound.
And the list goes on from there. Another area where Heroes does a fine job of recreating the original PC experience is through multiplayer. The game lets diehard war fans engage in local battles over an Ad-Hoc connection, but it offers online functionality, too. You can play with up to 31 other players spread across the country through a number of maps and match types. That alone helps establish Heroes as one of the premiere destinations for handheld fans if they want authentic online action. No other competitor comes close to that number.

Different take on the 1978 classic. Future Mode takes place over 13 stages, leading you from Pluto to Earth as the invaders approach from outside the solar system. You have to shoot down the mothership, otherwise invaders will flee and bring back reinforcements when their numbers are low. While playing this polygon-based mode, you can switch off between three viewpoints. Future Mode has one cool twist that fans of music games will appreciate. You now have a "Beat Attack" which you send out using the triangle button. You have to time your shots with the music. Do this repeatedly, and the game's music will change. In addition to future mode, Galaxy Beat includes a classic mode, which is a perfect port of the 1978 original, match up mode, in which the screen rotates 90 degrees and two players can compete on a single PSP, and wireless mode, playable by up to four players.

This is a great title! If you haven't played it - check it out - the US version is a bit easier than the really difficult earlier euro releases.
With a lot of action, great graphics, challenging missions, and outstanding voice acting, SCEA's PURSUIT FORCE for the PSP brings players awesome car combat just like the classics. The game has plenty of challenge, variety, and excitement for the racing fan who likes a bit of combat and violence with a little third person shooting tossed in. Players are put in the role of a rookie cop in a new division of the Capital City police force. Headed by a old, crotchety chief, players will be sent on missions to apprehend the five different gangs of the city. Each gang has their own unique look, vehicles, and areas of the city, so players will be introduced to a variety of different villains throughout the game. Most missions begin with players behind the wheel of a motorcycle, car, boat, or other vehicle in pursuit of or searching for members of the gangs. Once the gang members have been cornered, the game shifts into shooter mode. Players have a good number of weapons to shoot from, including some explosive ones that can actually destroy gang cars. This is a viable option to taking out the gang members themselves, since the game rarely requires them be taken alive. In addition to the story mode, there are also racing modes and time trial modes for players to master. While the title may not be appropriate for younger games, mature racing fans will enjoy the high speed action and combat of PURSUIT FORCE.

All old loaders are pretty much redundant now. If you haven't already done so, I heatilly recommend installing one of the great OE firmwares which offer native iso/cso support at full speed in a great 'feature rich' packet. Â
